- Can I pick up stock?
- Yes! Please contact our office on 02 9194 4600 to organise a pickup order. Stock can be collected from our warehouse in South Windsor NSW during the following times: Tuesday — 1pm to 4pm Friday — 1pm to 4pm
Shipping & Delivery
- What is the cost of delivery?
- Delivery costs are based on your location and the weight of your order — we ship Australia wide. Please note that pricing includes a dangerous goods levy , as bioethanol is classified as a flammable liquid and cannot be shipped via Australia Post. - Shipping isn't available for my area?
- If you see a message advising that shipping is not available, please contact our office on 02 8064 2333 . We can check pricing for your area and load a rate so you can proceed with your order. Alternatively, email us at orders@ethanolfireplacefuel.com.au with your chosen products and address.
- Which courier services do you use?
- We use multiple courier services to deliver your products directly to your door. This ensures your parcel is delivered quickly and safely. Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched. Click the tracking number link in your email to get live updates. - What if I'm not home when my order is delivered?
- If you won't be home during the day, please specify at checkout where you'd prefer your parcel to be left. If no instructions are provided, the driver will follow our "Authority to Leave" instructions and leave your parcel at the front door or a location they deem secure. - What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
- If an error was made with your shipping address, please call us on 02 8064 2333 as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch most in-stock items within 24 hours, so if your order has already been processed we may not be able to change the delivery details. If a re-delivery is required due to an incorrect address, the standard postage rate will apply.
